- Your own malpractice coverage. You arrange it, and you confirm it in writing.
- A willingness to be corrected while your hands are on a patient.
Training in a state where you are not licensed? Tell us when you request a date. We come to you: at your own practice, you train under the license you already hold there. You come to us: at an instructor’s location, what you do hands on depends on your licensure in that state, and we set the plan with you before you book, following industry best practices.
Your state board sets your scope of practice, not us. Confirm what your license allows before you book. The Federation of State Medical Boards keeps a current directory at fsmb.org. The FDA publishes its position on regenerative medicine therapies on its consumer information page.

You're only getting started when you leave. So when a case doesn't look like the one you trained on, you call. Not a portal, not a ticket queue.
And a look at the practice around it
Knowing the procedure doesn't fill the schedule. So we review the branding, the marketing and the operations. We look at where your leads really come from. You keep what we find, whether you train with us or not. This is practical and operational only. It's not legal, tax, entity or licensing advice. Confirm your structure with your own attorney in your own state.
Common questions
What providers ask before they book.
Can I really learn this in a day or a weekend?
No. We won't tell you that one day of training teaches you everything. That's not possible, and you'd find out the hard way. What a course gets you is enough confidence to start on staff, family and friends. And it gets you access to our clinicians for everything after that.
Will patients in my market actually pay cash for this?
The constraint is almost never the price. It's the consultation. A five minute visit isn't enough to work out what a patient needs. And a patient who doesn't understand what they're weighing doesn't buy it. So part of what we cover is how to build that conversation: what belongs in it, and what has to be in the chart afterwards.
What insurance do I need, and am I covered while I am touching a patient?
You're responsible for your own coverage. We don't provide it, arrange it or extend ours to you. And we won't tell you that you're covered, because we can't verify that for your carrier in your state. What we will do is get on the phone with you and help you work out exactly what to ask them.
What does it cost, and can I cancel?
Private training at one of our instructor locations starts at $5,000. Private training inside your own practice starts at $10,000, and travel and lodging are inside that figure. Both are starting points. So what moves the real number? The discipline and the instructor. How many of your people are in the room. And how much of the course is built just for you.
In-person training is refundable up to 30 days before the session. A 10 percent fee covers processing and office costs. A reschedule carries the same 10 percent fee. Online and self-paced courses are not refundable once you buy them.

What a certificate is, and is not
Regen Med Academy does not offer CMEs, credit hours or accreditation of any kind. What you receive is a Certificate of Completion. It records that you attended and performed the procedures under supervision. It is not a license, not a board certification, and it does not expand your scope of practice.
Coverage is yours to arrange
You are responsible for your own malpractice coverage. We will help you work out what to ask your carrier, and we recommend getting the answer in writing. Regen Med Academy does not provide, arrange or extend coverage to trainees, and nothing on this page is legal advice or an assurance of coverage.
