Every training is private.
Only the building changes.
Who’s in the room? Just you, or you and your people. Every training is private. Let’s say you bring your partner and two of your staff. It’s still private, and it’s still yours. One instructor runs the whole course. Nobody rotates in halfway and nobody co-teaches. The person who corrected your first injection signs off on your last one. And there’s no fixed calendar. We book sessions on demand.

You train inside a clinician’s own working practice. Their staff, their equipment, and patients they’ve already selected and consented. Most of our instructors own the room they teach in. So if you’re in a secondary market, you can often drive two hours instead of flying across the country. And the curriculum is built around your cases. Is your caseload knees and shoulders? Then the session is knees and shoulders.

PRP
Platelet rich plasma, prepared from your patient’s own blood. You draw, you spin, you inject, on a live consenting patient. You cover anticoagulant choice and single and double spin protocols. You learn what really drives platelet dose. And you learn injection technique across musculoskeletal, aesthetic and sexual health work. Most providers start here, and the other courses build on it.

Adipose banking and MFAT
Your practice learns to collect a patient’s own fat. Then you send it to our partner laboratory for storage. You cover closed system collection and MFAT harvesting. You cover specimen handling and chain of custody. And you learn to hold the storage conversation accurately. The partner laboratory is Save My Fat, which is under the same ownership as Regen Med Academy.

Botox and toxins
Neuromodulators, taught by injectors who use them every week. You cover reconstitution and dilution. Then dosing by muscle group. You learn facial anatomy and the areas to stay out of. And you learn injection technique with a needle in your hand. It sits in a regenerative medicine catalog because most aesthetic practices run both.

Exosomes
Learn what exosomes are and what the research says. There are no FDA-approved exosome products, and the course covers how federal and state rules apply. The rules get as much time as the science. Wharton's jelly
Learn what Wharton’s jelly is and where it comes from. Donor screening, sourcing and processing. What the research says, what it is used with, and its regulatory pathway. No Wharton’s jelly product is FDA approved. This is an online course. It is being built now, so join the wait list and we will tell you when it opens.

Umbilical cord blood
This isn’t Wharton’s jelly. It’s a separate product, with its own sourcing, handling and record keeping. And it’s taught as education, on the science and the paperwork. The only stem cell products the FDA has approved are blood-forming stem cells from cord blood, for certain blood disorders.

Compliance
Consent, documentation, permitted language and patient communication. What can you say in a consult, and in an advertisement? What has to be in the chart? You learn both, and the records that keep a regenerative service defensible. This is education on how the rules work. It is not legal advice.

Regulatory
Where each of these products sits with the FDA and with your own state. You also cover what changed when enforcement discretion ended. Who’s the authority on your scope? Your licensing board. So part of the session covers how to check it yourself, and how to keep checking.
Some products taught here, exosomes among them, are not FDA approved for the uses discussed, and state law decides where each course can run. Read the important information before you book.

How a course runs
Four stages, and the fourth one does not end.
It starts with a conversation, not a checkout. What do you already offer? What do you want to add? What equipment do you have, and what does your license let you do? Then we build the training around your answers. Sometimes that call ends with us telling you a course doesn’t make sense for your setup yet. From there, every course runs the same four stages.

Learn the science
The science first: what the product is, how it behaves and what it’s indicated for. The didactic, the videos, the protocols and the consent templates all arrive before you travel. So the day itself isn’t a lecture.

Assess and select
Patient assessment, patient selection and indications. Which of your own cases are suitable? We work that out before the session. So you practice on the patients you really see.

Perform
Draw, process, prepare, inject. Your hands on a live consenting patient, supervised, in a working clinic or in your own rooms. You do the procedure.

Continue
You leave with a Certificate of Completion. You take home your course materials and sample consent forms. You get a written practice roadmap. And you get direct access to our clinicians afterwards.

Who teaches you? Practicing clinicians, not staff lecturers. They teach inside the practices they run every other day of the week. So the room you train in has a working schedule, its own staff and its own equipment. And the person correcting your technique did the same procedure earlier that week.
Let’s say you practice in a smaller market. Do you need a flight and two hotel nights to train? Often, no. We bring instructors on in cities across the country. Then we match you to the right one: the discipline, the patient mix and the location that fit what you want to learn. So you can train a couple of hours from home.
Who trains with us
Four kinds of provider keep booking.
Courses are open to MD, DO, NP, APRN, PA, DPM, NMD and RN. That holds where your state scope of practice allows it. That includes the board certified variants, such as FNP-BC and FNP-C. Chiropractors, physical therapists and med spa owners train with us too, within what their own license allows. A lot of programs quietly leave nurse practitioners, advanced practice nurses, physician assistants and naturopathic physicians out of the hands-on part. We don’t. And we say so here, not in the fine print of an application.
Leaving the insurance model
Tired of seven minute consults and symptom management? Building toward cash-based care? The clinical skill is the first half of that move. Filling the schedule after is the second half. Both are on the table here.
Already practicing, widening the menu
You already offer one or two regenerative procedures, and you want to add more without guessing at technique. You’ve got the room, the staff and the patient conversation. So the new service starts quickly.
Surgeons reducing surgical load
Operating less, by choice or by age. You want an injection-based option. One that keeps the same patients in your practice instead of referring them out.
NPs, PAs and NMDs
Many programs shut you out of the hands-on part. Not here. You’re in, in full, within the scope your state and your license allow. And we’ll help you confirm that before you book.
When you leave out of here, you are going to be confident enough to where you can essentially start practicing on your family and friends and staff to start off.

Common questions
The questions we get on every call.
Who can attend a course?
Licensed providers. That means MD, DO, NP, APRN, PA, DPM, NMD and RN. It includes the board certified variants, such as FNP-BC and FNP-C. Chiropractors, physical therapists and med spa owners train with us too. In each case, the state you practice in and the license you hold have to permit the procedure being taught. Scope of practice varies a lot by state and by license type. And it changes.
It is your responsibility to confirm where you stand before you book, not after you arrive. The authority on your own scope is your licensing board, not us. State medical board contact details are published by the Federation of State Medical Boards at fsmb.org. Check with your board before you rely on anything here.
Do your courses carry CME or continuing education credit?
No. Regen Med Academy doesn't offer CMEs, credit hours or accreditation of any kind. Some competing programs do. So if credit is what you need, they're the better choice.
So what do you get? A Certificate of Completion. It records that you attended, and that you performed the procedures under supervision. It isn't a license, and it isn't a board certification. It doesn't expand your scope of practice.
What malpractice coverage do I need to train hands-on?
You're responsible for your own coverage. Regen Med Academy doesn't provide, arrange or extend malpractice coverage to trainees. Will your policy respond during a training session? We can't tell you. That depends on your carrier, your policy wording and your state.
We can help you work out what to ask. Ask your carrier: is hands-on training on a patient who isn't your own a covered activity? Does supervision change the answer? Is a rider needed? Get the answer in writing. Nothing on this page is legal advice or an assurance of coverage.
Who are the patients we train on?
Real patients who've consented to the session in writing. They're treated by licensed providers under supervision. They're not cadavers, not models and not simulations. Their consent is a separate document. The sample consent forms we hand out to participants are teaching templates. They aren't the operative instrument. Participation is voluntary and outcomes vary.
Some products and modalities taught in these courses are not FDA approved or cleared for the uses discussed. The FDA publishes guidance for patients and providers on regenerative medicine therapies at fda.gov.
How much does a course cost, and can you come to my practice?
Private training at one of our instructor locations starts at $5,000. Private training inside your own practice starts at $10,000, with travel and lodging inside that figure. It isn't added on later.
Coming to you is the format we're asked for most. The instructor travels to your building. They teach on your equipment, with your staff, on your patients, in your rooms. It's usually the better economics as soon as more than one person is learning. Before we arrive, we help you choose which of your own patients are suitable. And we travel abroad as well as at home, when the travel economics make sense for both sides.
Both figures are starting points, not a rate card. The real number depends on the discipline and the instructor. It depends on how many of your people are in the room. And it depends on how much of the curriculum is built just for you. We'd rather quote you properly on a call. A published number could turn out to be wrong for your situation.
In-person training is refundable up to 30 days before the session. A 10 percent fee covers processing and office costs. A reschedule carries the same 10 percent fee. Online and self-paced courses are not refundable once you buy them.
When do courses run?
On demand. We used to publish a fixed calendar, and it was the wrong shape for the business. Why? Our instructors teach inside their own working practices. So the date gets set around your schedule and theirs, not around a room booking. Tell us the discipline, the metro and roughly when. We'll match you to an instructor and a date.
What happens after the course ends?
You keep the protocols and the materials. You keep access to the clinicians who taught you. So when a case doesn't look like the one you practiced on, you call.
Every clinical program also carries a practice layer. We review your marketing, your website and your Google Business Profile, and you get a written roadmap. A provider who can't fill the schedule stops doing the procedure. So clinical skill on its own was never the whole job.
Where do you train, and can I take any course in my state?
U.S. based, worldwide, through the instructor network. The main metros are Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Miami, New York, Phoenix, Tampa and Washington DC. More get added as clinicians join. On-site training goes wherever your practice is, including outside the United States. You'll find every city on the locations page.
Not all of them. Some products taught here are legal in a narrow set of states and not in others. And the picture changes as state legislatures act. PRP sits in a very different position from exosomes. Exosomes sit in a different position again from umbilical cord products.
A state list would go stale, so we handle it directly. Every course runs only where the modality is legal for your license. It is your responsibility to confirm where you stand before you book anything. The authority on your own scope is your licensing board.
