I’ve spent a decade inside regenerative medicine, working with clinics, manufacturers, distributors, and providers across the field. I know the science and the rules as well as the practice, and I built Regen Med Academy to train clinicians at that level. This isn’t an industry I studied. It’s one I came from.
I’ve spent a decade inside regenerative medicine. I’ve worked in distribution, alongside vetted vendors across the field, and spent years building the training that teaches clinicians how these procedures are actually done. I’ve seen this work from the supply side, the clinical side, and the education side. One operator who knows how it all fits together.
I built Regen Med Academy because I watched the gap too many times. I saw practices with real clinical talent held back because no one had ever shown them how to do orthobiologic procedures properly: the technique, the science behind it, and the rules that govern it, all in one place. So I built the hands-on program I wished those clinicians could have had the first time around, and brought in the clinical faculty to lead it. Platelet-rich plasma, bone marrow concentrate, ultrasound-guided injection technique, taught by experienced clinicians who do this work every day.
My approach is direct. Compliance is the price of admission, not the finish line. Real skill in regenerative medicine comes from clinicians who respect the science, the rules, and the practice at the same time. Most of the trouble in this field comes from treating compliance as an obstacle. I built the academy around treating it as part of doing the procedure right.
The classroom built the science base. The industry built the rest. Most training in this field covers the procedure or the science, rarely both, and almost never the rules that tie them together. Regen Med Academy is shaped by every layer that came before it.
Oscar earned his bachelor's degree from Florida Atlantic University from 2011 to 2015. The program gave him fluency in how the human body recovers, repairs, and adapts, which shapes how he reads regenerative medicine science today.
Oscar earned this certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine during his early career in human performance and recovery, before transitioning fully into regenerative medicine in 2015.
Before founding Regen Med Academy, Oscar spent years across regenerative medicine: in the distribution of biologics, devices, and related biologic products, in marketing and consulting for clinics and providers, and working alongside vetted vendors nationwide. That ground-level view of how the field actually operates, the supply side, the business side, and the clinical side, is what RMA is built on.
