Why this
exists.
Most regenerative medicine education stops at the slide. Let’s say you fly somewhere for a course. You sit in a room with twenty to fifty other providers. You watch one clinician demonstrate on a stage. And then you go home no closer to offering the procedure on Monday than you were on Friday. The knowledge was never the problem. The repetitions were.
Our courses are built around the repetitions. Private: you alone, or you and your staff. A consenting patient on the table. Your hands on the probe and your hands on the syringe, with a practicing clinician correcting angle, depth and volume as you work. How much you perform depends on your license, the state and the patient’s consent.
How we do it
Matched to the right instructor.
Who teaches you? Our instructors, and they’re practicing clinicians. They run a regenerative service inside their own practice, and that’s where they teach. The room has a working schedule, its own staff and its own equipment. And the person correcting your angle performed the same procedure earlier that week.
Our job is to find the instructor whose discipline, patient mix and location fit what you’re trying to learn. Then we build the day around that. It also means you rarely have to go far. We bring instructors on in cities across the country. So a provider in a smaller market can often train a couple of hours from home, instead of buying a flight and two hotel nights.
Private
You train at your instructor’s clinic, with their staff, their equipment and patients they’ve selected in advance. It’s a private session. Everyone performs.
On-site
The instructor comes to your building. They teach on your equipment, with your staff, on your patients, in your rooms. So nothing has to be translated back afterwards.
Product agnostic,
on purpose.
We don’t manufacture, sell or endorse a product, and no course is a pitch for one. Bring the PRP system or adipose device you already use, and we’ll teach you on it. Don’t have one yet? We work with several suppliers through our vendor network, and we take no commission. Every vendor in that network is vetted. We check third party verification. We check 510(k) clearance or premarket approval status on devices. And we read a certificate of analysis before anything is used in a room with a patient in it.
That independence is the whole point. If a device company trained you, you learned that device. If you trained here, you learned the procedure.
What we will not say
The honest limits.
Every training company in this space is happy to tell you what you’ll get. Here’s the other half, in the same place, because you’re going to find out anyway.
Specialist status
A short course isn’t going to make you a specialist. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something. So what do you get? Enough supervised repetitions to begin on your staff, your family and your friends. And somebody to call for everything after that.
Credits and accreditation
We don’t offer CMEs, credit hours or accreditation. If credit is what you need, someone else is the better call. You receive a Certificate of Completion. It says you trained. It’s not a license, and it doesn’t let you do anything your license doesn’t already allow.
Malpractice coverage
Your malpractice coverage is yours. We can’t provide it, arrange it, or stretch anyone else’s to cover you. Call us and we’ll help you figure out what to ask. But the answer has to come from your carrier, in writing.
Outcome promises
We do not promise outcomes, for you or for your patients, and no one honestly can. Some of the products and modalities discussed are not FDA cleared or approved for the uses described, and we say so in the room rather than in the fine print.
Where the
training happens.
Where does training happen? Where the work happens. That’s either your instructor’s clinic, with their staff and their patients, or your own practice, with your team and your own equipment, so nothing has to be translated back afterwards. We run across the United States, and internationally where the travel makes sense for both sides.
There’s no fixed calendar, and that’s on purpose. Why? Instructors teach inside their own working practices. So the date gets built around your schedule and theirs, not around a room booking. Tell us the discipline, the metro and roughly when, and we’ll match you to an instructor and a date.

Where a course can run
Courses are taught only in states where the modality is legal for the license you hold. State law in this field changes, sometimes more than once a year. Our reading of each state, with its sources and the date we checked, is on the rules by state page. It is a starting point, not legal advice. It is your responsibility to confirm the modality is legal in your state for your license. Do that before you book. The authority on your own scope is your licensing board, not us. Training on live patients
Procedures performed during training are performed on consenting patients, by licensed providers, under supervision. Participation is voluntary and outcomes vary.

Regen Med Academy does not manufacture, sell or endorse any product, and does not approve or clear any product. The FDA publishes guidance for patients and providers on regenerative medicine therapies.
What a certificate is, and is not
Regen Med Academy does not offer CMEs, credit hours or accreditation of any kind. What you receive is a Certificate of Completion. It records that you attended and performed the procedures under supervision. It is not a license, not a board certification, and it does not expand your scope of practice.
Coverage is yours to arrange
You are responsible for your own malpractice coverage. We will help you work out what to ask your carrier, and we recommend getting the answer in writing. Regen Med Academy does not provide, arrange or extend coverage to trainees, and nothing on this page is legal advice or an assurance of coverage.
