## ABOUT ME

Dr. Beattie was born and raised in rural Alaska. She earned her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine at Bastyr University in 2004. Then she went straight to work. She spent nearly eight years in family practice. She served two terms on the Board of Directors of the Washington Association of Naturopathic Physicians. After that, she joined a specialty surgery center in Alaska.

Away from the clinic, she spends her free time outdoors. She heads out on adventures with her husband, her two young children and their dog. Music and art are a constant part of the family’s busy life.

## EXPERIENCE

She came back to Washington in 2015. She has trained in regenerative medicine ever since. She trained with physicians and organizations that set the standard of care in the field. Her emphasis is injection therapy.

She builds her protocols on bioregulatory medicine principles. She offers care by telemedicine. She is licensed in Washington, Montana, Idaho and California. She also trains providers, so this medicine reaches more patients. For her, that’s some of the most rewarding work she does.

Courses I Teach

## Hands-On Medical Training Courses

Build real clinical skills the hands-on way. You learn by doing it. You work with live patients. And the instructors who teach you are still in practice.

01

### Introduction to PRP for Musculoskeletal Injuries

Musculoskeletal

The foundation course. It starts with the science: platelet biology and how to handle whole blood. You pick the anticoagulant, and you learn single and double spin protocols. Then comes injection technique for the joint and soft tissue cases you already see every week. You draw, you spin, you inject.

02

### Advanced PRP for Musculoskeletal Injuries

Musculoskeletal

Already injecting and want the harder cases? This one is for you. You set concentration targets and learn why they move. You choose leukocyte-rich or leukocyte-poor. You pick volume and site, joint by joint, and you use ultrasound guided approaches. And you learn what to do when the first cycle doesn’t go the way the textbook said.

03

### Adipose and MFAT Tissue Harvesting

Musculoskeletal

You pick the donor site and harvest the adipose. You run the mechanical MFAT processing, and then you learn the injection technique. You do all of it on a live consenting patient, under a practicing instructor.

04

### PRP for Aesthetics and Hair Loss

Cosmetic

This one is for the face and scalp. Prep is different from musculoskeletal work, and you learn how. You cover injection planes and depth, and you map the work across the face and the hairline. You add microneedling combinations. And you learn a consultation that sets honest expectations before a needle comes out.

05

### Bio-Fillers with Plasma Gel

Cosmetic

You make plasma gel from the patient’s own platelet-rich plasma, and then you place it. You learn the heating and cooling protocols, and how to get the same viscosity every time. You cover handling and transfer, and volume by region. And you learn where plasma gel sits next to synthetic fillers when you talk with a patient.

06

### Women's Sexual Health

Sexual health

Women’s protocols, end to end. The structure is the same. You cover consultation, selection, technique and aftercare. You also cover patient communication that stays within the rules. And the clinicians who teach it run this service inside their own practices.

07

### Men's Sexual Health

Sexual health

Men’s protocols, end to end. You cover the consultation structure. You learn patient selection, and who should be turned away. You cover injection technique, expected recovery and follow up cadence. And you learn how to talk about a cash-pay service without making a claim you can’t support.

08

### Adipose Collection for Stem Cell Banking

Adipose banking

The workflow runs from collection to storage. You cover harvest, handling and documentation. And you learn the rules around banking adipose tissue for future use.

Important information

## Read this before you book.

Six short notes on what the training is and is not. Open a heading to read it.

Education, not medical advice

Regen Med Academy provides education and training for licensed healthcare providers. Everything on this site is for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, not a treatment recommendation, and not an offer to treat. Providers are responsible for practicing within the scope of their own license and their own state law.

Where a course can run

Courses are taught only in states where the modality is legal for the license you hold. State law in this field changes, sometimes more than once a year. Our reading of each state, with its sources and the date we checked, is on the [rules by state page](/regenerative-medicine-laws-by-state/). It is a starting point, not legal advice. It is your responsibility to confirm the modality is legal in your state for your license. Do that before you book. The authority on your own scope is your licensing board, not us. State medical board contact details are published by the [Federation of State Medical Boards](https://www.fsmb.org/contact-a-state-medical-board/).

Training on live patients

Procedures performed during training are performed on consenting patients, by licensed providers, under supervision. Participation is voluntary and outcomes vary.

Products and modalities

Some products and modalities discussed in these courses are not FDA approved or cleared for the uses described. Regen Med Academy does not manufacture, sell or endorse any product, and does not approve or clear any product. The FDA publishes guidance for patients and providers on [regenerative medicine therapies](https://www.fda.gov/vaccines-blood-biologics/consumers-biologics/important-patient-and-consumer-information-about-regenerative-medicine-therapies).

What a certificate is, and is not

Regen Med Academy does not offer CMEs, credit hours or accreditation of any kind. What you receive is a Certificate of Completion. It records that you attended and performed the procedures under supervision. It is not a license, not a board certification, and it does not expand your scope of practice.

Coverage is yours to arrange

You are responsible for your own malpractice coverage. We will help you work out what to ask your carrier, and we recommend getting the answer in writing. Regen Med Academy does not provide, arrange or extend coverage to trainees, and nothing on this page is legal advice or an assurance of coverage.
